Our service integrates with Instagram through their official APIs. By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize us to:

Note: We only access data necessary for providing our automation services and comply with Instagram's API permissions.

5. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

• Instagram account information (username, account ID)

• Message delivery and engagement metrics
• Basic usage analytics

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate Instagram's terms of service

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Technical issues
• Force majeure events

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Instagram automation carries inherent risks, and you use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InstaReply be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Compliance with Platform Policy

Users of InstaReply must comply with all Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Platform Policies. This includes, but is not limited to, automated messaging restrictions, data usage policies, and community standards. Any violation of platform policies may result in the immediate suspension of your InstaReply account.

13. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party platforms and services:

• Instagram/Meta: Official API integration for comment monitoring and message sending
• Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment
• Razorpay: Payment processing for subscriptions

Important: Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services that may affect our functionality.
