- Instagram access tokens: Retained until expiry or account disconnection
Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
5. Instagram Integration
When you connect your Instagram account, we access data through Instagram's official APIs with your explicit permission:
- Comments: Read comments on your posts to trigger automated responses
- Messages: Send direct messages on your behalf
- Account Info: Access basic account information for service functionality
- Analytics: Track engagement metrics for performance reporting
Important: We never access your Instagram password or private messages. All interactions are through official APIs.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in these circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that help us operate (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
- Meta Platforms: Limited data sharing with Meta (Facebook) as required for Instagram API functionality and app review processes

12. Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request the deletion of your data collected by InstaReply. To initiate a data deletion request, you can:
Via App Settings: Go to your Dashboard Profile settings and click "Delete Account". This will immediately purge your account data and disconnect your Instagram integration.
Via Email: Send a request to privacy@instareply.live with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include your account email and Instagram username.
Meta Platform: You can also remove the InstaReply app permissions directly from your Facebook "Settings & Privacy" > "Apps and Websites" menu.
13. Third-Party Integrations
Meta (Facebook) Integration
Our service integrates with Instagram through Meta's official APIs. When you connect your Instagram account, certain data is shared with Meta as part of the authentication and API functionality. This includes:
- Authentication tokens for API access
- App usage analytics for platform improvement
- Basic account verification data
Payment Processing
We use Razorpay for payment processing. Payment information is handled securely by Razorpay and is not stored on our servers.
Analytics and Hosting
We use Supabase for data hosting and Vercel for application hosting. These services help us provide reliable service and may collect technical data for performance monitoring.
